ISRI.ORG 29 2019 Annual Report Impact in a Year of Change Membership Highlights: ISRI created an online application form to drive membership leads. A strategic recruitment plan for new members was developed and implemented. Staff resources including a vice-president level position were added to assist with recruitment and retention. ISRI partnered with APPI Energy to provide ISRI members with electricity and natural gas cost- management and reduction services. In qualifying states, this service can provide members with expert recommendations, cost-reduction opportunities, and budget certainty through competitive procurement and fixed, all-inclusive energy contracts.
